A Workout Routine for individualised workouts, a Race for tracking running or cycling progress, Functional Threshold Power (FTP) data for cyclists, and AT/AnT Heart Rate Zone metrics for running performance are also included in the One UI 6 Watch update.

Samsung is introducing Galaxy AI features to its wearables, including the Samsung Health app and Galaxy Watches. The wearables will feature health metrics monitoring and analysis. According to the announcement Galaxy AI features will be brought to its smartwatches through its Wear OS-based One UI 6 Watch software later this year.
In June, a limited number of Galaxy Watches will receive the beta version. Next month, users in the US and Canada who own the Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic will be able to test out new capabilities from Galaxy AI through the Samsung Members app.

With Energy Score, a combination of personal health metrics, such as sleep time average, consistency, bed/wake time consistency, sleep timing, activity the day before, sleeping heart rate, and heart rate variability, are analysed to provide you with a better understanding of your daily condition and empower you to face the day. Wellness Tips also assists you in achieving your health objectives by providing motivational tips, insights, and guidance based on the specific goal you’re looking to achieve.

Samsung is improving its AI sleep algorithm to provide more thorough health statistics. The movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate, breathing rate, hours of snoring, blood oxygen level, and sleep cycle are among the new sleep markers. By offering an in-depth assessment of sleep quality, these measures assist users in better understanding their own sleep patterns and developing healthier habits. As part of its dedication to offering intelligent health experiences, Samsung has made this improvement.

New detailed Aerobic Threshold (AT) / Anaerobic Threshold (AnT) Heart Rate Zone metrics assist efficient running while also providing fast performance analysis, in addition to the five running intensity levels of the Personalised Health Rate Zone. Additionally, cyclists can maximise performance with a personalised power index based on AI data analysis and train like pros by calculating Functional Threshold Power (FTP) metrics in just 10 minutes. You may more conveniently track your workouts and development with the aid of fitness tracking tools. Combine different exercises for a customised workout with the new Workout Routine, and move fluidly to the next activity without pausing. Using Race to compare your present and previous performance on the same routes can help you stay motivated and track your development whether you’re running or cycling.
