Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G India launch date was recently announced. Ahead of the release, the company has listed the phone on the e-commerce platform Flipkart, revealing its key specs and design details. The microsite reveals that the upcoming phone will feature a massive 8,000mAh battery offering two-day battery life. The phone will come with a starship-inspired design and AI noise handling as well. Tecno plans to release the Pova Curve 2 in India on February 13. The phone is said to have the biggest battery ever, with a capacity of about 8,000 mAh. The newly introduced feature is meant to last up to two days of use, which meets the growing need for longer battery life in smartphones.

The Pova Curve 2 will have a very compact profile, with a thickness of less than 8mm and a weight of less than 200 grams. This makes it easy to carry around, even though it has a big battery.

You can choose from three colours: black, silver, and violet. Each colour variation has a portion of the lower back panel that is slightly transparent.
The back of the phone will be curved, with the edges bending. The back panel has a matte finish, and like the one before it, it has geometric lines and curves that make it look better.
The new camera model has an asymmetrical, triangular camera island instead of the vertically aligned lenses that came before it. Two lenses are placed next to each other in pill form, and a third lens ring is placed below them. The Pova company logo and small text are on the back panel, along with a single camera and a small LED flash.

The Pova Curve 2 is expected to have a curved-edge AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, which could improve the user experience, especially for gaming and watching videos online.
Reports indicate that the Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G is expected to employ the MediaTek MT6858 SoC, marketed as the Dimensity 7100. The phone may run Android 16 and come in variants with up to 12GB of RAM. Additionally, it has surfaced on the TUV certification platform, which signals it will contain a powerful 7,750 mAh lithium-ion polymer battery.
