ViewSonic launched “Designed for Xbox” projectors in India

The new projectors come with 4.2ms Ultra-Fast Input.

ViewSonic has unveiled the world’s first “Designed for Xbox” projectors- X1-4K and X2-4K LED in India today. Both X1-4K and X2-4K LED projectors provide 4K UHD visuals on a large screen of 100 inches. They come with Harman Kardon speakers. The projectors are designed to make gaming more exciting and realistic.

ViewSonic X1-4K and X2-4K LED Projectors price in India and availability

ViewSonic X1-4K projector comes with a price tag of Rs 2,99,000. On the other hand, the short throw X2-4K LED Projector projector is priced at Rs 3,25,000. There is no information on when the projectors will go on sale in the country.

With its standard throw ratio, the X1-4K is mainly meant to be installed in ceilings so that it saves floor space. Whereas the short throw X2-4K can project a wide 100″ display from just 1.5 metres away when placed on a coffee table.

Both ViewSonic X1-4K and X2-4K LED Projectors have been designed for Xbox games and are black and green, echoing the design of the Xbox Series X. As per the company the projectos are compatible with Xbox’s CEC (consumer electronics control), which means that when the console is started, the projector is turned on simultaneously. Additionally, as soon as the console is connected via HDMI 2, the projector automatically switches to gaming mode.

Both the devices have 4.2ms Ultra-Fast Input and 240Hz refresh rate for smooth gameplay. The projectors are integrated with Texas Instruments 0.65″ DMD chip to provide a high native contrast ratio and better colours and details. Not only do they offer 4J HDR resolution but are equipped with Harman Kardon speakers.

The 3rd generation LED technology on the X1-4K and X2-4K LED provides 2,900 Lumens of enhanced brightness. They also come with low maintenance with a 30,000-hour-long lifespan. The projectors have received TÜV SÜD’s Low Blue Light certification.
Furthermore, because of their four corner adjustment and horizontal/vertical keystone features, the projectors don’t need to be positioned in the centre during setup.
