Vivo T3 5G price in India and specs tipped ahead of March 21 launch event

Vivo is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in India soon. The Vivo T2 from last year is anticipated to be replaced by the Vivo T3 5G. The company has been teasing the release of a new T-series smartphone Vivo T3 5G on its India website through a dedicated webpage. It is confirmed that the MediaTek Dimensity series CPU powers the Vivo T3 5G. Price and specifications for the Vivo T3 5G leaked before the official announcement. Here’s everything we know about it.

Ahead of the Vivo T3 5G’s March 21 India launch the price and specification have surfaced on the internet. It has already been revealed that the device is a Flipkart exclusive. According to Vivo, the T3 is confirmed to have a triple vertical camera configuration on the back. There are hints that the camera unit has an optical image stabilisation-capable Sony sensor. The device is said to be driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset. The company has teased the phone in a Blue colour option but it is expected to be available in more colourways.

A tip from informant Abhishek Yadav suggests that the Vivo T3 would probably include a 6.67-inch Full HD+OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The upcoming mid-range phone might also have an IP54 rating for dust and splash protection, as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor. The MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC is expected to be paired with Arm Mali G610 GPU. The Vivo T3 may include UFS 2.2 storage and LPDDR4x RAM.

The smartphone may have a dual camera sensor that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor and a secondary 2MP sensor for taking photos and videos. A 16MP front-facing camera is also anticipated for selfies. As per the tipster, the 5,000mAh battery that powers the Vivo T3 is probably going to be used in conjunction with a 44W fast charger.
The Vivo T3 might have WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, dual stereo speakers, and eight 5G band support when it comes to connectivity.

In terms of pricing the Vivo T3 5G is likely to come with a price tag of Rs 20,999 for the base 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model. It might be available in cosmic blue and crystal flake colours.

Note that all the above-mentioned tipped specifications are not official and won’t be known until the launch on March 21.
