Vivo V60 India launch today: How to watch the event live, expected specs, pricing

The Vivo V60 is set to launch today, featuring a Zeiss-backed triple rear camera system and a 6,500mAh battery. The brand has revealed more details about the phone’s specifications and pricing. The Vivo V60 is expected to be priced between Rs 37,000 and Rs 40,000, and will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.

The Vivo V60 is expected to be priced between Rs 37,000 – Rs 40,000 in India, similar to its predecessor’s launch price of Rs 34,999. The device will come in three colours – Auspicious Gold, Mist Grey, and Moonlit Blue – and is confirmed to be available for purchase via Flipkart, Amazon, and the Vivo India e-store.

The Vivo V60 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, a curved panel with minimal bezels, and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. It will run on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15.

Vivo has stated that the upcoming Vivo V60 5G would be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC and have a 6,500mAh battery.

The device will have a quad-curved display and be available in Auspicious Gold, Mist Grey, and Moonlit Blue colours, according to the manufacturer. It will also be dust and water resistant, with certifications of IP68 and IP69.

The Vivo V60 will include a Zeiss-backed triple rear camera system, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and an undisclosed ultra-wide-angle camera. It also includes a 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The V60 will have a 6,500mAh battery; however, charging speeds are yet to be confirmed.

It will have Google Gemini features, AI Captions, and the AI Smart Call Assistant.

The Vivo V60 5G will succeed the Vivo V50, which was unveiled in India in February at a starting price of Rs 34,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage priced at Rs 36,999 and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage option set at Rs 40,999.
