Vivo is all set to launch a new smartphone in the Indian market today. The company will be introducing Vivo Y400 Pro 5G featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. The upcoming phone is said to be the slimmest phone, having a 3D curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The smartphone may also bring AI features like Google’s Circle-to-Search, AI Note Assist and more. The leaked information provides a preview of what to expect.
The Vivo Y400 Pro 5G is scheduled to launch in India at 12 noon IST today. The anticipated pricing range for the upcoming device is around Rs 25,000. Freestyle White and two other colours might be available. Flipkart, the Vivo India e-store, and a few physical retail locations are anticipated to sell the handset.
According to official teasers, the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G will be offered in Nebula Purple, Gold, and Freestyle White, featuring a textured rear panel. According to sources, the smartphone is said to be 7.4mm thick and would have a dual back camera system with sensors, ring light, and LED flash.

Although additional specifics are yet unknown, the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G is said to be the thinnest smartphone on the market with a 3D curved display.
According to rumour mills, the Y400 Pro 5G would include a 6.77-inch 3D curved AMOLED screen with full-HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits.
As per an online tipster, the upcoming smartphone will have a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, operating on the Android 15-based Funtouch 15, and two RAM and storage combinations of 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256 GB.
A 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls, as well as a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor and a 2-megapixel shooter, are all expected to be included in the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G’s dual camera setup. Vivo has said that the Y400 Pro 5G’s front and rear cameras will be able to record 4K video.

Over that, the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G speculatively will have an optical fingerprint sensor in addition to AI-backed capabilities like Google’s Circle-to-Search, AI Transcript Assist, AI Note Assist, AI Screen Translation, and AI Superlink.
A 5,500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging capabilities may be included in the Y400 Pro 5G, too.
