Vivo Y400 Pro 5G with 5,500mAh battery launched in India

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G has officially debuted in India today. The newly arrived phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. It packs a 5,500 mAh battery with 90 W fast charging support. The handset features a 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. There is a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G Price in India, Sale Details

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G has been launched in India in two different configurations. The price of the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant is set at Rs 24,999. Whereas the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage model comes with a price tag of Rs 26,999. The device comes in a slew of colourways: Fest Gold, Freestyle White, and Nebula Purple. The phone is scheduled to go on sale on June 27 via Vivo e-store, Flipkart, Amazon, and select retail stores. The smartphone is currently up for pre-order.

The company is offering various deals, including up to 10% cashback on various banks, a bundle deal on TWS 3e ANC, a flat 20% discount on V-Shield, a 1-year free extended warranty, and free premium access to 10 OTT apps for 2 months on the INR 1199 Jio Prepaid Plan. These offers are valid from June 20th to 30th, 2025, with the V-Shield discount applicable to the vivo Y400 Pro only.

Vivo Y400 Pro 5G features a 6.77-inch full-HD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with up to a 300Hz touch sampling rate. The display comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. It also supports 4K HDR for YouTube and Netflix. The handset runs on FuntouchOS 15 with Android 15 out of the box. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In terms of durability, the device offers an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.

For the optics, the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G flaunts a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture and a 2-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. In terms of selfies, there is a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture. The phone’s cameras also support Sony’s multifocal portrait and 4K video recording capabilities on both front and rear cameras.

The Vivo Y400 Pro 5G features AI-based imaging, productivity tools like AI Note Assist, AI Transcript Assist, AI Screen Translation, and AI Superlink, and supports Google’s Circle to Search feature.

When it comes to the battery, the Vivo Phone boasts a 5,500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support.
