Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Xiaomi 15 Series in China. The new portfolio comprises two models: a vanilla and a Pro variation. Both variants have an IP68 water and dust-resistant certification. The Xiaomi 15 features a 6.73-inch 2K OLED display, whilst the Pro variant has a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED display with 2K resolution. The series runs HyperOS 2 and has a Leica-tuned triple back camera system with a 50-megapixel main sensor.

The phone comes in Asakusa Green, Bright Silver Edition, Black, Lilac, and White colour options.

The device will be available in Bright Silver Edition, Rock Ash, Spruce Green, and White colour options.

Xiaomi 15 Specifications

Xiaomi 15 features a 6.36-inch 8T LTPO display with 1,200×2,670 pixels of resolution. The screen has a 1.5K resolution with 3,200nit peak brightness. It also has up to 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate support. The device runs on Android 15-based HyperOS 2. Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The Xiaomi 15 features a Leica-branded triple back camera with a Summilux lens. The camera setup features a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 900 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an f/1.62 aperture, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens. A 32-megapixel front-facing camera is included for selfies and video chats.

The Xiaomi 15 comes with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, face unlock, and IP68-rated protection. It features sensors like an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, proximity sensor, linear motor, IR blaster, flicker sensor, and colour sensor. It offers various connectivity options, including 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou, and USB Type-C. It has a 5,400mAh battery for fast and wireless charging.

The Xiaomi 15 Pro features a 6.73-inch OLED display with 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 3,200 nits peak brightness. The selfie camera is the same as the basic model. The triple rear camera setup is highlighted with a 50-megapixel Light Hunter 900 primary lens, a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor and a 50-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera. The processor, software and build rating are similar to the vanilla model. The Pro model boasts a 6,100mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
