The lock screen gets a ‘Now Bar’ that pushes real-time updates related to ongoing tasks. You can use it to control the media player, check the timer, etc.

Samsung is one of the few OEMs to finesse the AI experience on its mobile devices. The One UI 7 further improves the Galaxy AI package and repletes it with new features. With AI Select, you can carry out a lot of tasks without leaving the screen. For example, you can turn a video clip into a GIF on the spot or translate the text on the screen into another language. Features like Drawing Assist and Writing Assist help you create images and texts based on rough sketches and descriptive prompts respectively.
