BenQ launched W2720i projector featuring automatic picture optimization with AI Cinema Mode

The newly launched BenQ projector comes with Google-certified Android TV with Netflix.

BenQ has introduced the W2720i, the world’s first AI home cinema projector, offering 4K HDR visuals and an innovative AI Cinema Mode for effortless movie watching, redefining home entertainment for AV enthusiasts. It includes 2500 ANSI-lumen high-brightness 4LED Light Source (Up to 30,000 hrs of lifetime). The projector has true 4K UHD resolution with 8.3M pixels.

BenQ W2720i price in India and availability

The BenQ W2720i projector has been launched at a price point of Rs 3,50,000. The projection will be available for purchase at all leading Retail Home AVSI Partners from April onwards.

BenQ W2720i features

The BenQ W2720i projector has an integrated Android TV for a premium streaming experience on a 200-inch screen, as well as an efficient 4LED light source with a 30,000-hour lifespan.

The BenQ W2720i projector includes CinematicColor technology, which ensures that colours are accurately displayed, as well as HDR-PRO technology, which improves contrast. It also has a Local Contrast Enhancer to improve dynamic contrast in HDR10+ and HLG modes, as well as customisable image settings such as Filmmaker and Cinema.

The W2720i is a versatile projector that can project a 120 inch screen from 2.7 meters away and up to 200 inches diagonally. It includes 1.3x zoom, Auto Screen Fit, 8-point Corner Fit, and Vertical Lens Shift for easy installation.

BenQ’s W2720i includes a Cinema Mode with built-in camera sensors, which provides a smooth setup and superior picture quality by combining real-time ambient brightness adjustment and scene-specific enhancements for a more personalised user experience.It supports 4K 

streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ and comes with HDMI 2.1 (4K 120 Hz) and HDMI 2.0b, SPDIF, and eARC for 7.1 channel sound with Dolby Atmos pass-through.
