Vivo has expanded its Y-Series portfolio in India with the launch of Y19 5G. The new smartphone features a 90Hz 6.74-inch display. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. Vivo Y19 5G packs a 5,500mAh Lithium-ion battery and a dual rear camera setup.

Vivo Y19 5G Price in India, Availability

The price of Vivo Y19 5G in India begins at Rs 10,499 for the base 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. The 4GB RAM with 128GB storage comes with a price tag of Rs 11,499, and the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 12,999. The phone comes in two colour options: Majestic Green and Titanium Silver.

Vivo Y19 5G Specifications

Vivo Y19 5G features a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD screen with 720 x 1,600 pixels of resolution. The display has a 90Hz refresh rate and 70% NTSC colour gamut. The screen has 700 nits of peak brightness and 264 ppi and TÜV Rheinland certifications for blue light emission reduction. The handset holds the Swiss SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance Certification, and the IP64 dust and water resistance rating protects against splashes and light rain.

The device runs on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15 out of the box. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The phone comes with a dedicated microSD slot for storage expansion of up to 2TB.

For photography, the Vivo Y19 5G sports a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies, the phone comes with a 5-megapixel front camera with a f/2.2 aperture. The smartphone includes Night Mode, Portrait, and Pro Modes. There are AI features such as AI Erase removes unwanted background distractions, AI Photo Enhance sharpens images, and AI Documents streamlines the scanning of notes and receipts.

Vivo Y19 5G is backed by a 5500 mAh battery supported by the Smart Charging Engine 2.0 and 15W charging. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
