New Price: Here is how much the Samsung Galaxy S24 5G with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC will cost in India

The e-commerce platform has also announced bank offers on the handset.

Samsung is now bringing the Galaxy S24 5G with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Chip to the Indian market. The device was launched in the US last year, and it was introduced with the Exynos 2400 chip in India. The upcoming phone has been confirmed to be available for purchase on Flipkart. The pricing and the specs have also been revealed.

Price in India

The S24 5G with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC will be available on Flipkart in four colourways and two storage configurations. The device is likely to be made avaiable for purchase in India during the Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2025, starting on September 23. As per Flipkart’s listing, the handset will be available in Amber Yellow, Cobalt Violet, Marble Gray, and Onyx Black colour options. The base 8GB RAM with 128GB storage option will be priced at Rs 74,999, whereas the 256GB storage option will be priced at Rs 79,999.

Specifications

According to the Flipkart listing, the S24 5G with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC features a 6.2-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with 1,080×2,340 pixels of resolution. The panel supports 16 million colours and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform for Galaxy. It will be secured by Samsung Knox, Galaxy’s defence-grade, multi-layer security platform.

The S24 will come with a triple rear camera system that includes a 12MP Ultra-Wide Camera (F2.2, FOV 120˚), 50MP Wide Camera (OIS F1.8, FOV 85˚) and a 10MP Telephoto Camera (3x Optical Zoom, F2.4, FOV 36˚). For selfies, it will have a 12MP front-facing camera (F2.2, FOV 80˚).

The firm is promising to provide seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. The series includes 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 7, and Wi-Fi Direct Bluetooth v5.3 for connectivity.

The phone will pack a 4,000mAh battery with 25W wired fast charging support.
