OnePlus plans to introduce the OnePlus 15 in China next month, after the release of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 CPU. The smartphone’s global debut has yet to be announced. In India, OnePlus is scheduled to introduce the OnePlus 15, a premium smartphone with a cutting-edge design and the flagship Snapdragon processor for powerful performance. The smartphone’s specs, release date, price, and other information have all been leaked. At the Snapdragon event, the firm gave a first peek at the phone, demonstrating its innovative design and powerful performance.
According to reports, the OnePlus flagship will be on sale in India in January 2026. The 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage model will start at Rs 74,999. The gadget is anticipated to make its debut in China and go up against other gadgets in the same price bracket. It is anticipated that other handsets in the same price range would face fierce competition from the upcoming OnePlus smartphone.

The OnePlus 15 will be the first phone to employ Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, according to OnePlus’ formal announcement at the Snapdragon Summit in Hawaii.
Like the OnePlus 13s, OnePlus is releasing a redesigned back panel with a camera island that is vertically aligned and features the OnePlus logo in the centre. It is anticipated to include a triple rear camera system that replaces Hasselblad sensors with its proprietary DetailMax Engine and has a 50MP main, 50MP ultra-wide-angle, and 50MP telephoto shooter.
Uncertain if this will be a global version, the device will have a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 165 Hz. It is anticipated that the phone would ship with OxygenOS 16—which is based on Android 16—and may get security patches and OS upgrades for five and six years, respectively.

It is anticipated that the smartphone would include a 7,300mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 50W wireless and 100W wired charging. The phone is supposed to make its debut in China before going on sale globally. The debut date has not been disclosed by the company itself.
