Launched in China, the Vivo X300 series includes the base Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro, both of which are powered by MediaTek’s most recent Dimensity 9500 SoC and OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16. Both versions have V3+ image processing CPUs and cameras designed by Zeiss. BOE Q10+ OLED 1.5K LTPO screens and 50-megapixel selfie cameras are features of both versions. The standard model features a 6.31-inch display, while the Pro model has a bigger display and a 6,040mAh battery.
The Vivo X300 Pro has a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with 2,800×1,216 pixels resolution. The display offers a refresh rate of 120Hz and circular polarisation 2.0. It has an IP68 certification for dust and water protection. The handset is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.1 internal storage and runs OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16.
The X300 Pro features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS. It incorporates Zeiss’ optional 2.35× telephoto teleconverter and comes with V3+ and Vs1 image chips for post-processing and pre-processing. The front-facing camera is a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 selfie cam.
The Pro smartphone features a 6,510mAh battery, 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, a big x-axis linear motor, an Action Button, a signal amplifier chip, and four Wi-Fi boosters. It supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C connectivity.

In China, the Vivo X300 Pro costs CNY 5,299 for 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, CNY 5,999 for 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, CNY 6,699 for 16GB RAM with 1TB storage, and CNY 8,299 for the 16GB RAM with 1TB storage Satellite Communication Edition. Four colour options are available for the phone: Pure Black, Free Blue, Simple White, and Wilderness Brown.
The Vivo X300 is a standard smartphone that uses the same chipset, operating system, construction, connectivity, and security features as the Pro model. The X300 has the same 50-megapixel front camera as the Pro model. On the rear, it has a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main OIS-supported sensor, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor with an ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera. The Zeiss-backed system comprises a V3+ post-processing image processor and compatibility for the optional 2.35× telephoto teleconverter. It has a 6.31-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display and a smaller 6,040mAh battery.

The X300 costs CNY 4,399 for the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version and CNY 4,699 for the 16GB RAM with 256GB storage edition. Other models are 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 1TB storage costs CNY 4,999, 5,299, and 5,799. The gadget is offered in four colours: free blue, comfortable purple, pure black, and lucky colour.
