JioSaavn has released Replay 2025, an annual report that shows users their personalised listening data based on how they streamed music from January to mid-November 2025. With more than 100 million monthly active users, the app lets people see their listening summary on their homepage and share hot trends they find on the platform.
According to the platform’s insights, the top five most-streamed languages in India are Hindi, Telugu, Punjabi, Tamil, and English, indicating the country’s penchant for diverse, local audio content. The data also reveals that listening activity peaks during the morning (8-10 a.m.) and evening commutes (5-7 p.m.), indicating when people interact with the platform. Replay 2025 is now available to all users on the JioSaavn app homepage, enhancing the organisation’s grasp of India’s dynamic audio landscape.
In 2025, legendary playback singers like Arijit Singh, Alka Yagnik, Pritam Chakraborty, Udit Narayan, and Shreya Ghoshal led the platform’s top artist ranks, demonstrating the ongoing influence of India’s most popular vocalists. Concurrently, there was a noteworthy interest in regional performers, reflecting the different listening tastes across the country. Notable regional figures were Devi Sri Prasad from Telugu films, Anirudh Ravichander from Tamil music, Karan Aujla for Punjabi genres, The Weeknd for English tunes, and S.P. Balasubrahmanyam from Kannada music. This dynamic depicts a thriving audio environment in India, where veteran musicians, regional stars, and worldwide talents work together to enhance the musical experience.
