LG Electronics unveils the LG Sound Suite, which includes the H7 soundbar, the first to use Dolby Atmos FlexConnect technology. The FlexConnect is an intuitive and adaptable solution for delivering immersive sound on large displays, which improves the audio experience for movies, music, and gaming. According to the business, it will be on display at LG’s exhibit at CES 2026 from January 6 to 9.
LG Sound Suite enables the smooth pairing of LG’s premium TVs with wireless components such as the M7 and M5 surround speakers and the W7 subwoofer, with 27 options available. This enables users to tailor their audio configuration from tiny to a full 13.1.7-channel home theatre. When using the H7 soundbar as the primary device, Dolby Atmos FlexConnect works with any TV via HDMI, expanding your entertainment options. In addition, a software update will make Dolby Atmos FlexConnect accessible on LG’s 2026 premium TV portfolio as well as certain 2025 models.

LG’s H7 soundbar enriches the audio experience with new features such as Sound Follow, which employs ultra-wideband technology to provide personalised sound based on user position, and Dolby Atmos FlexConnect for immersive audio. Room Calibration Pro uses AI to analyse and enhance sound properties, resulting in a rich, balanced audio experience. The H7 uses the advanced α (Alpha) 11 AI Processor Gen 3, which allows for precise sound production using deep learning capabilities. AI Sound Pro+ also upmixes audio into multi-channel surround sound, maintaining clarity and balance across voices, music, and effects while adjusting to various content genres.

LG Sound Suite uses Peerless speaker units, which are known for their high-performance workmanship, to provide superb audio quality.
