WhatsApp has added a new AI-powered tool called “Writing Help” to assist users in writing messages by recommending responses based on previous conversations. This functionality puts user privacy first and expands on the AI-generated replies that came out in August. Additional upgrades include storage management and sticker suggestions, cross-platform transfer, and more, all of which are meant to help users improve their experience on the platform.
According to a blog post from WhatsApp, the most recent changes to the app include a number of important enhancements that are meant to make it easier to use and more useful. The most important AI-powered writing help feature will let people write recommended replies based on what they are talking about right now. This function is quite useful for those who want to write clear and appropriate messages in a variety of situations. The chat process also ensures the protection of users’ privacy, creating a safe environment for conversation.
Users may now manage storage better by finding and removing big files in chats. This lets them clean up without losing entire conversations. The functionality lets you delete media files while keeping your chat history. Cross-platform chat transfer also lets users easily move chat history from iOS to Android devices, so they can keep talking even when they switch phones. This also works for photographs and videos.

WhatsApp has now added support for two accounts on iOS, so users may log in to two accounts at once, just as they do on Android. The app’s bottom tab shows users their profile pictures, which makes it easy to tell the difference between accounts.

The application also makes stickers more useful by suggesting stickers based on typed emojis, giving users new ways to express themselves. Finally, Meta AI is used for photo editing, which lets users improve pictures by removing distractions or changing backgrounds before sharing them. However, this function may not be available for everyone.
The company is currently pushing out these features, which will soon be available to all customers, making WhatsApp easier to use.
