LG Electronics has introduced its new Professional Laundry portfolio for commercial use. The portfolio includes large-capacity models that are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies such as the Dynamic Ball-Core System, AI Weight Detection and Dual Inverter Heat Pump to enhance performance, deliver consistent results and improve resource efficiency.
The LG Laundry Crew app and Open API provide remote control and efficient system management, making maintenance and daily operations easier. LG professional laundry lineups are designed for commercial settings and feature ductless technology, which reduces the need for ducting and lowers overhead costs, thereby improving operational efficiency. The portfolio consists of large-capacity washers and dryers for heavy loads, AI weight detection to save water and energy, and dual inverter heat pump technology for reduced energy consumption during drying.
Best of all, the professional washer-dryer takes around an hour to wash and dry. A built-in gyro sensor, the core of the Dynamic Ball-Core System, detects drum imbalances in real time, stabilising loads and minimising vibrations. This innovation allows steady operation at high spin speeds up to 1,100 RPM, improving water extraction and dramatically reducing drying time, energy consumption and noise levels.
LG dryers, including the washer-dryer, are equipped with Sensor Dry, which uses model-specific sensor data and smart algorithms to detect moisture levels and tailor drying times to avoid over-drying. Plus, the Wet Cleaning with MotionCare function offers a special treatment for delicate textiles by initiating a soft wash and finishing with a low-temperature drying cycle, using precise drum motions to prevent fabric damage. Together, these technologies provide a more efficient and effective washing experience, catering to a range of fabric care requirements.
LG professional laundry solutions are built tough and easy to maintain, with a front service-ready design for quick access to essential parts, reducing service time and operational downtime. Key new technologies include the Heat Exchanger Cleaning Assist that rinses the heat exchanger automatically and the Tub Clean cycle that eliminates 99.9999% of germs, as verified by Intertek.

The ProGuide Control has a seven-inch circular LCD touch panel, enabling users to easily change cycles and settings. The LaundryCrew app allows users to monitor equipment status, operational data, and settings for remote control. In addition, LG’s Open API supports integration with modern business systems to provide customised operational solutions for enhanced efficiency.
