Vivo T5 Lite 5G has made its debut in the Indian market today. The new smartphone comes in two colour options. The device is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It features a 6.74-inch LCD screen and a 50-megapixel rear camera. The smartphone also packs a 6,500mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging support.

The Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G is priced at Rs 19,999 for the 4GB + 128GB option, Rs 21,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and Rs 24,999 for the 6GB + 256GB variant.

It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and comes with 5G connectivity. It supports up to 6GB LPDDR4x RAM for smooth multitasking. This delivers up to 256GB of internal storage using UFS 2.2 to satisfy users’ demands to store apps and media. It can also be upgraded by another 2TB using a microSD card, so you have enough space for managing your data.
The Vivo T5 Lite 5G runs on Vivo’s OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. It comes with a comprehensive AI suite with many tools such as AI Creation, vivo DocMaster, AI Transcript Assist, AI Captions and AI Screen Translation. There’s also a Private Space option for privacy, which lets users secure personal applications, images and files. The Vivo Office Kit boosts the phone’s productivity with seamless file sharing, screen mirroring and note syncing across devices. It also integrates with Google Gemini to provide more natural interactions.
The T5 Lite 44W 5G has been granted the triple anti-drop SGS certification after rigorous testing, including high-altitude, multi-drop and multi-angle. It also meets military-grade durability requirements and is certified by SGS Five-Star Overall Unit Drop Resistance Certification. The smartphone has successfully cleared the shock resistance testing and the numerous drop tests. Furthermore, it has an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance for added confidence in daily use.
The T5 Lite 5G comes with a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display that has a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels and a peak brightness of 1200 nits for vibrant visuals even in sunlight. It also has a 120Hz refresh rate, so you can expect fast scrolling and fluid animations. The pixel density is set at 260 ppi and covers 83% of the NTSC colour gamut. It’s also TÜV Rheinland Eye Protection certified, which reduces blue light exposure and eye strain during long hours of use.
The Vivo T5 Lite 5G has a dual rear camera setup – a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and Sony IMX852 sensor and a 0.08-megapixel secondary camera with an f/3.0 aperture. The front camera is a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls. It has a few intelligent AI features, like AI UHD for clearer photos, AI Colour Adjustment for more vivid photographs and AI Cutout for easier editing. It offers many camera settings, including Night Mode, Portrait, Panorama, Documents, Slow Motion, Time-Lapse, Professional and Live Photo, giving enough options for photography lovers.

The Vivo T5 Lite 5G is powered by a big 6,500mAh battery with support for 44W wired fast charging. The company claims that the phone has great standby capabilities of up to 15 days, allowing users to make 54 hours of calls, listen to music for 80 hours, watch local videos for 48 hours, use social media for 20 hours and play games for 12.8 hours on a single charge.
