Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra Specifications
The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is loaded with outstanding features. It has an 8.0-inch QXGA+ main screen and uses QXGA+ dynamic AMOLED 2X technology. The screen has a resolution of 2,504 x 2,256 with a pixel density of 422ppi. It offers a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and comes with a Vision Booster for a better view. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is IP48 rated, which means that it can be temporarily submerged in freshwater under certain conditions, but water resistance may decrease over time with normal wear and tear. Samsung’s Flex Titanium technology uses a titanium-based display to make thinner and more durable foldables. It employs a titanium-alloy film together with an upgraded titanium plate to maintain the display, absorb pressure and minimise the appearance of creases. The technology improves the opening process by optimising hinge mechanics, display tension, and magnetic force, leading to a smoother unfolding experience.

At the heart of Samsung’s new Galaxy Z series are trust-enhancing technologies, such as Samsung Knox, designed to help secure data and empower users to make choices. The Personal Data Engine (PDE) provides context-aware AI, protected by Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection and Knox Vault. And One UI 9.0 introduces an AI Assistant Activity dashboard for automation management, while Enhanced Privacy Alerts in the Z8 series will notify users of potential privacy risks.

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 has a 7.6-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X primary display, with a resolution of 1,848 x 2,448 pixels and a pixel density of 403ppi, with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Vision Booster technology. The cover screen is 5.5 inches as well, and it’s a Dynamic AMOLED 2X with 1248 x 1972-pixel resolution and 428ppi, and it comes with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate with Vision Booster.
Thanks to intuitive display ratios, the gadget takes the user experience to a whole new level in a range of functions, including surfing, video viewing, reading and gaming. The 10:16 cover display allows multitasking like texting and social media interactions, while the unfolded 4:3 main display is ideal for gaming and watching movies. The base model (12GB RAM with 256GB storage) is priced at Rs 1,99,999 in India. Besides this, there are other options for consumers, including a model with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage at Rs 2,19,999 and a high-end variation with 16GB of RAM and a massive 1TB of storage at Rs 2,59,999.
