Google has released several new capabilities within the Gemini app to help entrepreneurs and MSMEs do their everyday work better and be more creative. Highlights include an all-in-one in-app business hub, interfaces with third-party apps like Shopify, Canva, and Zoho, a permanent brand-style memory that helps assure consistent asset production, and automatic financial insights from spreadsheets and receipts.
Google’s Gemini platform has received additional capabilities, primarily geared to help out small company owners. One of the main additions is a dedicated company landing page, designed to help owners make their day-to-day operations easier. The central hub allows users to build their brand, review their financials and get vital consumer information. Gemini also helps you connect to a range of Google resources such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Google Workspace. Furthermore, the platform may be integrated with other third-party apps, such as Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho, and Xero, increasing the platform’s total functionality and flexibility for small company administration.
The blog post reads, “Tens of millions of small business owners are using Gemini today to brainstorm future products, manage customer feedback, and analyse business performance. Today, we’re announcing new tools designed to give these entrepreneurs their time back so they can focus on what started it all: their passion.”

Gemini provides companies a new way to showcase and enhance their brand design, with users being able to submit different assets such as websites, brand kits, typefaces and colour palettes. This ability is required to maintain the identity of the brand in all the visual content. The platform is driven by the powerful Nano Banana 2.1 image-generating model, which boosts Gemini’s capacity to provide complete visual results, particularly for product launches and marketing activities. This methodology allows users to create consistent, on-brand assets without having to publish style guidelines over and over again, speeding the creative process.

Gemini not only helps small company owners with branding features but also assists them with financial management with real-time analytics. It makes financial data analysis easier, taking messy spreadsheets, receipts and purchase records and turning them into simple, compelling images and interactive models. With this shift financial insights become democratised, more accessible and intuitive, and consumers are freed from the burden of interpreting complicated numerical data on their own. Gemini’s features help in creating a brand and provide more financial transparency, which makes it a useful tool for small businesses.
