Micromax iOne with 2GB RAM, 5MP selfie camera launched in India: Price and specifications

Domestic smartphone maker Micromax has launched its iOne handset in India today. The key highlights of the newly launched Micromax iOne handset are its notch display, an octa-core chipset, and its price segment. The smartphone houses a 2,200mAh battery, a 5MP rear camera as well as a selfie camera with the same resolution. We should mention that this is the first smartphone that Micromax has launched after its Infinity N11 and Infinity N12 devices came to India in December 2018.

To recall, Micromax Infinity N11 and Infinity N12 are priced under Rs 10,000 and come with dual rear cameras and a display notch too. Coming back to the Micromax iOne smartphone, here are its price details and specifications:

Micromax iOne price in India

Micromax iOne smartphone costs Rs 4,999 for its lone 2GB RAM variant and it will be available in India starting today. The smartphone is available in Black and Blue colour options.

Micromax iOne design and specifications

The Micromax iOne smartphone has a wide notch on its display and a considerably thick chin at the bottom of its screen. The handset sports a single camera on its back panel and has a matte plastic finish. Coming to the specifications, the Micromax iOne runs Android 9.0 Pie and features a 5.45-inch HD IPS display that has an aspect ratio of 19:9.

Powered by the Unisoc SC9863 octa-core processor, the newly-launched smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM and houses 16GB of internal storage. If users want more storage, they can install a microSD card of up to 128GB.

On the camera front, the handset sports a 5MP rear sensor with flash support and a 5MP front-facing snapper that can be used to click selfies and video calls. The camera app of the smartphone comes with advanced real-time bokeh, Time-Lapse and Slow-Motion. The cameras of the smartphone support over 9 modes for capturing content. Micromax iOne houses a 2,200mAh battery.
