The popular audio brand Boat has entered into the wearable segment with the launch of its first-ever smartwatch in India. The company has introduced the Boat Storm smartwatch as the most affordable fitness device will be accessible via Flipkart as well as the company’s official website in the country. The device features 9 sports modes including health and other fitness monitoring features. It has more than 100 downloadable watch faces with 24/7 heart rate and blood-oxygen monitoring features on it.

The Boat Storm has been introduced at an introductory price of Rs 1,999. The device is now available via Flipkart and the official Boat website. Flipkart’s listing mentions Rs 5,990 as the original price of the fitness band so the introductory price could go up very soon or after the festive sale ends. The boat smartwatch will be available in two colour options black and blue.

Boat Storm smartwatch is the company’s first-ever smartwatch to make its debut in the Indian market. The new fitness smartwatch comes with a 1.3-inch full capacitive touch and curved display. It has a customisable dial with 100 downloadable watch faces.
The watch has nine active sports modes that include running, walking, cycling, hiking, climbing, fitness, treadmill, yoga, and dynamic cycling. Out of the 9 features, eight can be used all at once. Moreover, it has a 24/7 heart-rate monitor as well as an SPO2 (real-time blood oxygen level) monitoring system. It has a meditative breathing mode that will be helpful when lower heart rate in order to decrease stress level.
In addition to this, there is an inbuilt menstruation cycle tracker that will help women to keep track of their menstrual and ovulation cycles.
The Boat Storm smartwatch is 5ATM water-resistant, up to 50m underwater. Also, there is a changeable silicone strap that is skin and sweat friendly. One can also use it to customise controls using the Boat ProGear app on it to control music, volume, tracks, and calls. The watch comes with a Find My Phone feature with Smart Notifications. The fitness watch comes with up to 0 days of battery life and 30 days of standby time
