Similar to the new Apple iPhone 15, AirPods, Watch Series 9 and Watch Ultra the next generation of MacBook may now ditch the Lightning port for a USB port for charging and data transfer. Not just that revamped Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, and Magic Trackpad are also expected to debut alongside the new Mac.
Mac Mini is also expected to launch at today’s event powered by an M1X chip. It might not receive any substantial changes but the Mini is likely to have a plexiglass top with an aluminium enclosure and a magnetic power port similar to the 24-inch iMac.
