Xiaomi recently announced to launch Redmi 13C in India on December 6. Along with the 4G phone, the company is also likely to launch the 5G variant of the smartphone on the same day. According to a leak, the Redmi 13C 5G was spotted accidentally listed on Amazon as well as on the company’s website. The Redmi 13C was launched in Nigeria earlier this month. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and runs on Android 13-based MIUI 14 out of the box.
According to a report Redmi 13C 5G was accidently listed on mi.com and Amazon. As per the dedicated pages, the alleged phone will launch in India on December 6. But the micro-sites and promotional banners have been removed. The dedicated page revealed that the phone will come in three colour options green, black and purple. It has a shimmery back panel. The sides appear to be flat with curved corners. The microsites also revealed that the handset will have a dual rear camera setup with an LED flash. The camera system will include a 50MP primary sensor.
Note that Redmi 13C 5G is going to be the company’s first 5G smartphone to launch under C-Series. It is said that Redmi 13C 5G will make its global debut with its introduction in India.
Redmi 13C is said to come with a 90Hz LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. It may also include a 5000mAh battery and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Redmi 13C features a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with 1,080 x 2,460 pixels of resolution. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. The phone runs on MIUI 14 with Android 13. There is a triple rear camera setup on the phone that will include a 50-megapixel primary lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera and an auxiliary lens. For selfies, it may also include an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Indian model of Redmi 13C is likely to include a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging support.
