Lenovo-owned smartphone brand Motorola has announced its new G-Series phone in India today. Moto G24 Power has been introduced in the country. The phone is priced under 10k and powered by MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. The device features a 90Hz LCD display and a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Also, it packs a 6,000mAh battery and comes with an IP52 rating.

Moto G24 Power price in India, sale details

Moto G24 Power has launched in India with a starting price of Rs 8,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage option. The price of the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant is set at Rs 9,999. The device is being offered in two colour options Glacier Blue and Ink Blue, featuring a 3D Acrylic glass (PMMA) finish.

The phone is scheduled to go on sale on February 7 via Flipkart and the company’s official site at noon. The company will offer an additional Rs 750 off on exchange.

Moto G24 Power specifications

The 6.56-inch HD+ IPS LCD display on the Moto G24 Power has a peak brightness of 537 NITS. Moreover, with a high 90 Hz refresh rate. It has an Auto Mode in action, the screen refresh rate flexibly switches between 90 Hz and 60 Hz, improving the overall battery efficiency of the smartphone. The phone runs on Android 14 with My UX on top. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 SoC with up to 8GB of LPDR4x RAM which can be expanded up to 16GB with RAM boost feature. The device comes with GB of built-in Storage which can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.

Moto G24 Power features a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with Quad Pixel technology and f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calling, there is a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.45 aperture. Furthermore, the camera system also comes with various features and software, such as Auto Night Vision, HDR, and Portrait mode.

The handset is backed by a 6,000mAh battery with 33W TurboPower fast charging support. The phone also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for unlocking. The stereo speakers are tuned by Dolby Atmos. In terms of connectivity, there is Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, LTEPP, SUPL, Beidu, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and a USB Type-C port. The phones include sensors like accelerometer, ambient light, e-compass, gyroscope, proximity, sensor hub, and SAR sensor.
