Popular audio brand Sennheiser has launched new over-the-ear earphones. The company introduced Accentum Plus wireless headphones featuring Hybrid Adaptive Noise Cancellation. The audio device has touch-gesture controls and supports all popular codecs including aptX Adaptive for optimum sound. The headset is claimed to offer 50 hours of listening on a single charge.

Sennheiser Accentum Plus price and availability

Updated [Sennheiser Accentum Plus price in India has been set at Rs 15,990. Here in the country, the over-the-ear headphones will be available in two colourways- Black and White. The device is available for pre-orders till February 13. Those who pre-reserve the product will get a discount of Rs 1,000. It is scheduled to go on sale via Amazon in the country on January 14.]

Sennheiser Accentum Plus has launched in Hong Kong with a price tag of $1,999 HKD. The headphones come in two colour options black and white. The device will be available for purchase from today onwards at select retailers and Sennheiser-hearing.com.

Sennheiser Accentum Plus’s earcup and headband padding adapt to the wearer’s contours. These wireless headphones also come with an audio cable with a 3.5mm stereo plug that can be used to tap into in-flight entertainment systems or other headphone outputs. The device can be folded and stored in a protective zip-storage case when travelling.

Thanks to an intuitive touch panel and companion app that respond to gesture controls, Accentum Plus can be used in two primary ways: transparent mode allows you to keep your hands on the device or put it away completely, and familiar taps and swipes handle listening settings and wireless media controls. A touch-enabled earcup provides instant feature control without requiring you to look for buttons or navigate menus.

Sennheiser Accentum Plus wireless headphone comes equipped with a proprietary 37mm dynamic transducer featuring the company’s own Sound Personalization mode. Additionally, the headset is integrated with Hybrid Adaptive Noise Cancellation that constantly adapts to changes in the ambient noise environment around the wearer.

Through its Bluetooth connections, users can control 5-band EQ and adjust other audio-centric features, the Smart Control App enhances the headphone experience. Smart Control also allows users to store personalised presets

Along with Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity, the audio device supports all popular codecs including aptX Adaptive for optimum sound. Multipoint connectivity seamlessly switches the active wireless connection from one Bluetooth device to another without the need for re-pairing.
