What's changed this time around is as follows.

Among the biggest telecom providers in India is Reliance Jio, which provides plans at competitive rates. In a recent development, the company has raised the price of both its postpaid and prepaid plans in the marketplace. The Rs 209 plan has been raised to Rs 249 while keeping the same data perks, and the base Rs 155 plan has been increased to Rs 189 with a 28-day validity. The 2 GB daily plan is now Rs 349, up from Rs 299 as well.

Here’s the full list of Jio plans with updated pricing and benefits available in the country:

According to the revised rate plans, the basic Rs 155 plan would now cost Rs 189 and have the same 28-day validity. With the same 28-day validity, the Rs 209 plan will now cost Rs 249. These tariff plans continue to provide the same data benefits. On the other hand, the 28-day package that was previously priced at Rs 239 will now cost Rs 299 and be valid. Prior to the tariff revision, the Rs 239 package provided unlimited 5G data which will now provide 2GB/day.
