Sennheiser has announced the MKH 8030 Figure-8 RF condenser microphone launch in India, priced at Rs 1,39,900. This advanced microphone offers M-S, double M-S, and Blumlein stereo recording options and excels in environments requiring high attenuation of neighbouring sound sources, such as PA systems or adjacent instruments.

The MKH 8030 is part of Sennheiser’s renowned MKH 8000 series, which includes other high-performance models like the MKH 8020, MKH 8090, MKH 8040, MKH 8050, MKH 8060, and MKH 8070. Each model in this series is designed for specific recording needs, offering omni-directional, wide cardioid, cardioid, super-cardioid, and lobar pick-up patterns.
