We are starting with these three languages for Galaxy S25 Gemini Live, and then we will expand to other languages as well. So once again, you can see the importance of the Indian market to us.”

Also, note that Samsung’s announcement follows Apple CEO Tim Cook’s recent confirmation that Indian consumers will be able to access Apple Intelligence in localised English beginning in April 2025.

“By hybrid AI, what I mean are largely two things. One is that it is going to be both on-device and cloud-based AI to provide the best combination whenever and wherever necessary. And the second is to provide AI solutions, whether they be LLM (Large Language Models) or LVM (Large Vision Models). So, AI solutions and platforms by Samsung, and also by our strategic partners in the best combination to provide the best available solutions to the customers. And from that perspective, we will continue to develop our own technology and strengthen our partnership with our strategic partners in parallel,” he added.
