We recommend the Intel Core i5 9400F Desktop Processor, which has 6 Cores. Meaning it can perform 6 tasks simultaneously, at a regular speed of 2.9GHz and a turbo speed of up to 4.1GHz.This processor has a cache of 9MB, promising good performance and high-speed data transfer, with support for a maximum memory of 128GB. This processor is available at Rs 11,000.

Memory (RAM)

The RAM is the computer’s immediate memory. Its temporary and easier to access than the PC’s hard drive which is where the computer stores information. The active data that the PC is using to read, understand and execute is all from the RAM.

For the RAM, we recommend the CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB, which is a DDR4 type. This RAM is of 16GB and 3200MHz speed and is priced at Rs 6,100 and will go a long way into giving you a quick response and a step closer to the perfect gaming experience.

The Motherboard is the main connector of all components of the PC. The CPU and every other component of the PC is connected to the motherboard, so choose a motherboard which is compatible with all your other components and the CPU. We recommend the MSI PRO B365M. This motherboard has an Intel B365 Chipset. This particular motherboard comes with support for running Windows 10 64-bit version. This motherboard supports DDR4 Memory, up to 2666 MHz. It offers port connections to VGA, LAN, HD audio connectors, USB 2.0 with an HDMI port and a USB 3.1 Gen1 port. This motherboard is available at Rs 7,000.

Solid-State Drives (SSD)

SSDs have an integrated processor which they use to access stored data, for your custom-made PC we recommend the Seagate BarraCuda internal SSD. This SSD is suitable for high-performance seeking individuals offering gamers setups with a capacity of 500GB, letting them multitask at speeds of up to 560 MBps and maximise productivity. This SSD has a capacity of 500GB and Max Sequential ReadUp of 560 Mbps and Max Sequential Write Up of 535 Mbps. The SSD also has 4kb Random Read Up to 90,000 IOPS,4KB Random Write Up to 90,000 IOPS. This SSD is priced at Rs 5,500.

Cabinets provide the outer casing for your custom-built CPU, we recommend the Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050 gaming case. This case comes with a USB 3.0 port with an internal connector on the front and large side panel windows. The case comes with a fan to provide cooling to the CPU while being used intensively for gaming. The cabinet case has dust filters to protect the delicate components of the PC, and is easy to build. This particular cabinet costs around Rs 2,850.

Power Supply Unit (PSU)

The power supply unit is the most essential part of the PC, it powers all the components and keeps them running. We recommend the Corsair VS450 450 to be your custom PC’s power supply. The VS450 delivers up to 450 Watts of continuous power as required by the system. It is well protected and will not harm the components of the system in place. The PSU has high-quality capacitors which provide performance that can be relied on. This is priced at around Rs 2600 (depending upon which market in India you are picking it up from).

Graphics Card

To play games with powerful visuals, the PC needs to have a good graphics card. We recommend the MSI GeForce GTX 1650 as the graphic card in your custom made PC. This graphic card has a 4GB RAM and offers a boosted clock speed of 1740-1860 MHz and a memory speed of 8 GBPS. This graphics set up comes with twin fan cooling technology and 2 Display ports and an HDMI port. The technology within the graphics card stops the fan from making unnecessary noise in low load situations. This graphic card is priced at around 13,000 (depending upon which market in India you are picking it up from).

The final component needed in your custom PC is the display. The display monitor will be the element that you can physically see working and use to play games on the PC. We recommend the ViewSonic VX2252MH 22-inch Full HD gaming monitor. This monitor has a built-in speaker and provides 22-inches of Full HD output. The monitor has a response time of 2ms and comes equipped for providing a great visual treat for gamers. This gaming monitor is available at Rs 7,500.

These were our recommendations for building your custom gaming rig under a budget and we really hope you go ahead and build the ultimate system to get the gaming experience you truly deserve. Remember the price might vary a bit in your city/town since we have picked up the components from Nehru Place, New Delhi. Also, now you are left with about Rs 5,000. So you might want to pick up a gaming keyboard and mouse of your choice in that amount.
