Adobe has launched a free distribution of its core products, including Photoshop, Acrobat, and Firefly, for Indian students, with the goal of bolstering the creator economy and aligning with the government’s emphasis on AI. Adobe will join with NASSCOM FutureSkills Prime to deliver AI-driven learning and certifications to students preparing for professions in the AI-powered economy. The program, announced at the India AI Impact Summit, aims to provide the next generation with access to innovative apps and educational resources, hence increasing their employment after graduation.
According to the corporation, the effort promotes India’s ‘Create in India’ vision and is consistent with the Union Budget 2026 goal of generating two million jobs in animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics by 2030.
