According to the company, all the participants in the country will be covered under a Group Accident policy while making deliveries for Amazon. For this, they have to go through a comprehensive background verification process and hands-on training before they begin delivering packages. As the latest expansion has come up at the time when the customers are staying indoors due to the coronavirus outbreak and right now preferring to order items via online platforms only. According to the company, the thermal screening of each and every flex partner is being conducted as a part of the safety measures and maintaining hands washing as well as sanitization. The company has also begun a digitised training for its Flex partners.

This initiative brings an opportunity for those looking for a part-time job. Interested individuals can visit the dedicated website to sign up and earn up to Rs 140 hourly at their own flexible timings
