Apple Airpods have been a super hit amongst the millennials in India and abroad. They were first its kind, which started the ear pods race amongst many Indian, Korean and Chinese companies. Since the last few months rumours and leaks of the new Airpods did the rounds and finally Apple has launched the Apple Airpods Pro in the US. The official India website of Apple says that these in-ear audio plugs will be available in the country soon.
Apple Airpods Pro Price and Tech Specs
The Apple Airpods Pro is priced at Rs 24,900, which might seem a tad bit high when compared to its official USD price of $249. These will start shipping in USA from October 30 and soon after will start selling in India. The official selling date has not been revealed yet. The Apple Airpods Pro’s come with a water-resistant design that would be a welcomed change for everyone who was on the previous generation of the Apple Aipods.
Over that, the Apple Airpods Pro’s also feature active noise cancellation that will cut out the ambient noise actively. The Apple Airpods Pro’s come with a wireless charging case as well via which these audio plugs can give its users playback time of up to 24 hours. 5 minutes of charge in the charging case gives 1 hour of audio playback. The pro version of Airpods now features comfortable silicone tips which man users wanted. The box comes with 3 sizes so they will fit each ear cavity type.
Apple says “We refined the details of comfort, creating a new class of in-ear headphones with a customizable fit that forms an exceptional seal for Active Noise Cancellation. You’ll feel your music, not your headphones.”
The company also says “Apple AirPods Pro are the only in-ear headphones with Active Noise Cancellation that continuously adapts to the geometry of your ear and the fit of the ear tips — blocking out the world so you can focus on what you’re listening to.”
Users can also hear ambient noise when they are in active noise cancellation mode. Just press and the force sensor on the Airpod Pro’s and you will be to hear the outside noise. This will come in handy when you are at the train station, airport or in a plane to hear important announcements. Also, there is a vent system on the Apple Airpods Pro that lessens the pressure on the ear and reduces discomfort. Siri is also supported by these earphones and each Airpod Pro weighs 5.4 grams. Bluetooth v5.0 is the technology used by these audio plugs to connect to an iPhone or tablet. The Apple Airpods Pro will be available in all leading Apple stores soon.
