Pioneer in imaging technology Canon launched a new mirrorless camera in India. The company launched the Canon EOS M200 that comes with the latest Canon Digic 8 processor. The camera novelty is the successor of the Canon EOS M100. It comes with enhanced autofocus and is capable of recording 4K videos. The camera is compact and light in weight suitable for travel photography. EOS M200 offers a wide variety of filters as well as colour adjustment tools.
The newly launched Canon EOS M200 camera has been introduced with a price tag of Rs EUR 569.99 that translates to Rs 44,500. The latest mirrorless camera can be purchased via the official Canon store as well as authorized Canon retailers starting from October.
It comes with a similar design and a flip-up touchscreen display that allows the user to take selfies. There is also a Self-portrait mode aimed at taking selfies and the existence of Creative Assist mode best suitable for beginners.
The novelty comes with new sensor offering 24.1-megapixel APS-C sized sensor. It delivers well-detailed pictures that can be cropped or enlarged without losing it sharpness. It is powered by the latest Digic 8 image processor that comes with a 4K recording features with a maximum frame rate of 30fps along with a 1.6x crop factor. Therefore, allowing you to record 4x slow-motion videos with up to 120fps in High definition Mode and also capable of shooting videos in vertical mode.
Canon EOS M200 can shoot images under low light conditions with a maximum ISO speed of 100-25600. The camera can be connected via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for easy sharing. It can be connected with smart devices with the help of the Canon Camera Connect app available for Android and iOS. This allows the user to shoot pictures with the help of smartphones.
The Canon EOS M200 camera is available in two colour variants Black and White. It comes with additional EF-M15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM out of the box.
