Fujifilm X-T200 a compact and lightweight mirrorless camera is now available in a new Black colour variant. Before this, it was available in India in three colours — Silver, Dark Silver and Champagne Gold. Also, the camera was introduced at a Rs 66,999 but on Amazon, it is being sold at a discounted price of Rs 17,000. The key feature of the Fujifilm mirrorless camera is that it offers a fully articulating touchscreen and 4K video recording.
Elaborating about the product, Mr. Arun Babu, General Manager Electronic Imaging and Optical Device, Fujifilm India Pvt Ltd, said, “For our young and trendy users, we, at Fujifilm India, strive to design innovative cameras that strengthen personalized experiences. With the new stylish X-T200 Black colour variant, we are offering our consumers the latest photography technology that not only boasts unique camera capabilities and features but also appeals to young customers who expect innovative products from a forward-looking, millennial-focused brand like Fujifilm.”
The new Black Fujifilm X-T200 mirrorless camera will be available at the same pricing. But during Amazon Great India Festival Sale the camera will be available at Rs 49,999 with 15-45mm Kit. On the other hand, the one with the 15-45mm/50-230mm Dual Kit will be offered at a discounted price of Rs 68,999. To recall when launched in February this year the Fujifilm X-T200 arrived in India with a price tag of Rs 66,999 which includes the 15-45mm kit lens. But the other one with an added 50-230mm lens was launched at Rs 85,999.
Coming to the specifications, the body of the Fujifilm X-T200 weighs just 370 grams. It packs a 24.24-megapixel APS-C sensor and a copper wiring instead of aluminium for the sensor has been used which is claimed to provide 3.5x faster readout compared to its predecessor X-T100. It brings an on-sensor PDAF point to capture stable images of the moving objects with face and eye AF.
The Fujifilm X-T200 mirrorless camera also has a 3.5-inch touchscreen fully articulating display that can be helpful for flexible shooting. In addition to this, the Fujifilm mirrorless camera offers 11 film simulation modes that also includes Velvia and Provia. It is capable of recording 4K video at 30fps or you can also shoot at 1080p, up to 120fps.
