Our Take

Both phones feature an OLED display in terms of design, however, the Pixel phone has a larger screen than the iPhone in this comparison. The iPhone 14’s display has a notch, but we prefer the centre punch-hole that houses the selfie camera. Additionally, there is little denying that the Pixel 7’s design is finer than the iPhone. The Pixel phone has a 90Hz refresh rate display, but the iPhone can only sustain a 60Hz refresh rate.

In terms of hardware both the phones equip their in-house chipsets but the one on Apple is one which we have already seen on last year’s iPhone.

Both phones have excellent cameras, but the Pixel 7 has an advantage over the iPhone 14 due to its superior computational photography.

Google performs far better than Apple on the pricing aspect as well. The flagship Android phone is less expensive than the iPhone. The Pixel 7 is a great option if you want a flagship Android phone with the newest hardware and software, but if you prefer Apple’s ecosystem and premium customer service and are willing to spend an extra Rs 20,000, the iPhone is a great option for you.
