Due to the first-gen Pixel Watch exclusivity in only a few markets, the Google Pixel Watch 2’s availability in India was unclear. The Pixel Watch 2 launch in India is also planned, the company has recently said, clearing up any confusion. The Pixel Watch 2 will be unveiled on October 4 along with the Pixel 8 series and an updated Pixel Buds Pro.
On October 4 at the Made by Google launch event, the Pixel Watch 2 is scheduled to be on sale worldwide. The wristwatch will now debut in India one day later, on October 5, according to Google India. The firm has also disclosed that Flipkart will be the only place where customers can buy the smartwatch. The company has not yet provided information on the Pixel Watch 2’s specifications or price. The first-gen Pixel Watch did not, however, have an India launch.

However, there have been numerous reports about the smartwatch. A 1.2-inch circular OLED with a 384 x 384 resolution could remain in the Watch 2. Though there will probably just be one display option, the watch may come in Bluetooth and LTE versions.
Additionally, it stated that the Pixel Watch 2 may have a battery life of more than 24 hours even with the always-on display (AOD) feature enabled. There will be some software modifications and AI improvements. The Watch 2 is believed to run Wear OS 4. New watch faces will also be available: Accessible, Arc, Bold Digital, and Analog Bold. Reportedly either the Snapdragon W5 or Snapdragon W5+ from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 series could power the Pixel Watch 2 from Google.
