Infinix Hot 20S with triple rear cameras launched

Transsion Group’s Infinix has announced the launch of the newest device in the Philippines. The company has introduced Infinix Hot 20S which is driven by a Mediatek G96 SoC. The device also comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W rapid charging. The handset features a 50-megapixel primary sensor that serves as the focal point of the triple rear cameras. Numerous smartphones, including the Infinix Hot 20 5G and Hot 20 Play, only just made their global debuts.

Infinix Hot 20S price and availability

Infinix Hot 20S has been launched in a single 8GB RAM with 128GB storage option priced at PHP 8,499 which translates to Rs 12,200. The device will be available in the Philippines via Shopee. The phone comes in three colour options of Black, Blue, Purple, and White. In terms of Indian availability, the device is likely to debut on December 1.

Infinix Hot 20S specifications

Infinix Hot 20S is a gaming-centric smartphone that is driven by a MediaTek Helio G96 SoC. It comes with 8GB of RAM and it runs on Android 12 out of the box. The additional built-in storage effectively allows the RAM to be increased to 13GB. The handset features a 6.78-full-HD+ IPS TFT HyperVision Gaming-Pro display with 1,080X2,460 pixels of resolution. The smartphone has internal storage that can go up to 128GB. However, there is a separate microSD card slot that allows the storage to be increased to 512GB.

The triple back camera system of the Hot 20S consists of a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Also, there are two 2-megapixel cameras and a quad rear flash. The phone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with a dual LED flash.

The 5,000mAh battery on the Infinix Hot 20S supports 18W fast charging. The e-compass, G-sensor, light sensor, and proximity sensor are among the onboard sensors. The phone has 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, a USB type-C port, OTG, GPS, and GPS/A-GPS connectivity options. For authentication, the smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
