Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo is set to launch a new smartphone in the market. The company has not revealed the launch date of the iQoo U1x though it is set to go on pre-booking on October 21st that confirms the launch might happen this week or the coming week. Just ahead of the lunch the device’s renders have been leaked as it has been spotted listed on the Chinese retailer website JD.com as well as Tmall which reveals that the phone is going to feature a triple rear camera set up. Moreover, there is going to have a waterdrop notch design display and will be powered by a mid-range chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC
First spotted by MySmartPrice, Vivos’s upcoming smartphone iQoo U1x renders have been listed on the Chinese retailer JD.com and Tmall. As per the listing, the device will come in a Light Black and Morning Forest colour variants. The listing suggested that the phone will be available at CNY 999 that translates to Rs 10,983 and is set to go on pre-booking on October 21.
In addition to the pricing and the availability details, the specifications of iQoo U1x have also been revealed. It has been lusted to run on Android 10 OS. There will be a 6.1-inch waterdrop notch display supposed to be an LCD panel. Though the bezels are slim the chin is noticeable. On the back of the phone, it has a triple camera set up aligned vertically on a plastic body. The camera system will have a 13-megapixel primary sensor, secondary 2-megapixel wide-angle lens and a tertiary 2-megapixel sensor.
For biometrics, the upcoming smartphone will include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Under the hood there will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset and will be offered in multiple configurations of 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage, 6GB of RAM with 64GB of storage model and 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage option. The phone is listed to house a 5,000mAh battery
