The Taiwanese electronics major, Acer, has expanded its gaming portfolio with the launch of Aspire 7 Gaming Laptop in India. The is an upgraded model to the variant, which was introduced last year powered by up to 9th-gen Intel Core i7 processor or AMD Ryzen 3000 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX for graphics. The latest model features AMD Ryzen 5000 U-Series Mobile processors paired with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU in a sleek minimalist design. The new Aspire 7 gaming laptop weighs 2.15 kg.

Aspire 7 Gaming Laptopfeaturing AMD Ryzen 5 5500U Mobile Processor has been officially launched in India today. The gaming device comes with a starting price of Rs 54,990. The Acer gaming laptop will be available for purchase via Acer Online Store and the e-commerce website Flipkart in the country.

Acer Aspire 7 Gaming Laptop is a powerful, well-rounded laptop with a minimalist design, ideal for gamers. It features an FHD 15.6-inch display screen offering 1,920 x 1,080 Pixels of resolution with Colour Intelligence and ExaColor software with the two narrow bezels and an impressive 81.61% screen-to-body ratio. The display comes with a BluelightShield technology that allows adjusting of the screen’s blue-light emission over extended periods of use.
Under the hood, there is an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U Mobile Processor based on ‘Zen 3’ core architecture with NVIDIA 1650 graphics card. The Aspire 7 can be specified with up to 32 GB of Dual-channel DDR4 SDRAM support, and a 1 TB PCIe SSD making it ideal for playing popular gaming titles. There is an LED-backlit keyboard, users can work and play like a boss well into the night and dominate the game. The device boasts a 48 WHr Li-ion battery on the laptop and can last for 11.5 hours (based on web browsing test results). The display comes with a BluelightShield technology that allows adjusting of the screen’s blue-light emission over extended periods of use.
The laptop comes pre-installed with Genuine Windows 10 OS. In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 6 AX200 with 2×2 MU-MIMO technology and USB-C for superfast data transfer at up to 5 Gbps. There is one USB Type C, USB 2.0, USB 3.2 (1st Gen), USB (with Power-off Charging) and an HDMI Port. For the audio, the laptop includes built-in dual speakers as well as dual microphones. The new Aspire 7 gaming laptop weighs 2.15 kg.
