Moto G40 Fusion set to go on sale in India today for the first time

Moto G40 Fusion that debuted in India is set to go on its first sale in the country today. The smartphone was launched in India last week alongside Moto G60. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G and packs a 6,000mAh battery. It features a 6.8-inch hole-punch display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate. In addition to this, there is a 64-megapixel primary sensor as well.

Moto G40 Fusion was launched in India in two distinct models. The 4GB RAM with 64GB storage model is priced at Rs 13,999 whereas the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant comes with a price tag of Rs 15,999. The smartphone will be accessible in two colour options of Dynamic Gray and Frosted Champagne. The handset is scheduled to go on sale for the first time in India today via the e-commerce website Flipkart. The sale will kickstart at 12 noon onwards.

Sale offers on the Moto G40 Fusion include a Rs 1,000 instant discount on ICICI Bank credit cards and on ICICI debit or credit card EMI transactions. Additionally, there will be exchange offers as well as no-cost EMI options available on the purchase of the Motorola smartphone.

Moto G40 Fusion specifications

Moto G40 Fusion ships Android 11 out of the box and it comes with a 6.8-inch full-HD+ display with 1,080×2,460 pixels of resolution and a 20.5:9 aspect ratio. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10 support. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G SoC, paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage option. The internal memory can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.

Moto G40 Fusion also features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture. In addition to this, there is an   8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with118-degree field of view and f/2.2 aperture lastly a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Upfront there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

On the connectivity front, there is Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, NFC, USB Type-C port, and so on. Moreover, Moto G40 Fusion also includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor,  accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and sensor hub. The device is backed by a 6,000mAh battery with TurboPower 20 fast charging support.
