Nothing Phone (2a) Launch: Expected Price and Specifications

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus will look similar to its sibling Phone (2a), which was released in March of this year and features a transparent rear panel that aligns with Nothing’s distinctive design ideology. Nothing has provided us with our first glimpse at the upcoming phone via a teaser image before its official unveiling. The official image provides a full glimpse of the phone’s back and hints at a dual-tone finish. It also features a dual back camera system. The phone will have a silver and grey dual-tone body with two horizontally aligned rear cameras. The latest smartphone appears to have retained the Glyph Interface, with LED lights covering only the upper half of the device and textured outlines.

However, with a faster chipset and sharper cameras, it would be an upgrade. Things disclosed certain information regarding the Phone (2a) Plus before the design announcement. Nothing earlier this week revealed that the Phone 2a Plus will include a 50-megapixel front camera in addition to two 50-megapixel dual rear cameras. Additionally, the MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro SoC with Mali-G610 MC4 GPU is confirmed to be included. The first phone to be released with this chipset will be the Nothing Phone (2a). It is stated to provide a 10% improvement in performance compared to the Phone (2a). It will have 12GB of RAM, and thanks to RAM Booster technology, the onboard capacity can be virtually increased to 20 GB. It has a Mali-G610 MC4 GPU installed.

It is anticipated to have an in-display fingerprint sensor and a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen based on previous leaks. It is expected that the panel will have a refresh rate of 20 Hz, have a peak brightness of 1300 nits, and have a high brightness mode of 1100 nits. On top of it, Gorilla Glass 5 protection will be applied. It is going to have a 5,000mAh battery that supports 50W wired fast charging.
