Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has opened ‘The Lab’ programme for business again. The company has a tradition of offering its consumers a chance to try out its upcoming smartphones before they are launched officially. And right after announcing the launch date of its new OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro handsets, the company has started taking applications for The Lab. However, it is worth mentioning that the programme is only meant for OnePlus 7 Pro smartphone, which will be the company’s flagship device for the better part of 2019.
Recently, the company also announced that OnePlus 7 Pro, along with OnePlus 7, will be unveiled on May 14 at launch events that will take place simultaneously in New York City, London, and Bengaluru. This is the first time that OnePlus will be launching a smartphone at three locations at the same time.
The company has taken to its official OnePlus forum to announce that it is opening The Lab for OnePlus 7 Pro. The smartphone maker has also added that interested customers can start applying to review the upcoming flagship device. The registrations are being done on OnePlus’ website and the company will take six days to review the applications. OnePlus will be choosing 15 customers to review the smartphone and the list of winners will be announced on May 9.
