OnePlus users can watch Sacred Games before everyone else

Netflix is all set to release the second season of its highly anticipated series, Sacred Games and fans are waiting for it too. With the launch of the series approaching, Chinese technology brand OnePlus has announced that it has something special in store for its community. Sacred Games Season 2 will be releasing on August 15, 2019 on Netflix. However, members of the OnePlus community will have the chance to watch the first episode of the series by registering for special screenings in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

The company will be holding the screenings on August 14, 2019. The registrations for the same have begun and the tickets have also gone live today.

To recall, in May this year, the Chinese technology brand has also released two posters and a behind-the-scenes video for Sacred Games Season 2 that were shot on OnePlus 7 Pro. The posters and the video were meant to show the camera capabilities of the device.

Speaking on this, Vikas Agarwal, General Manager, OnePlus India, said “When we announced our partnership with Netflix, we spoke about bringing unique experiences for our community and provided an incredible viewing experience on OnePlus 7 Pro with its HDR supported display. Now, we are happy to bring this unique experience to our community and look forward to a full house as we watch the first episode of the exciting new season of Sacred Games.”

OnePlus 7 Pro, the company’s most recent flagship, runs Android 9.0 Pie skinned with OxygenOS and it comes with a 6.67-inch curved Quad HD+ (1440×3120 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display. The smartphone’s screen has a refresh rate of 90Hz, is certified by HDR10+ and has the A+ quality rating by DisplayMate.

Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, the smartphone comes with Adreno 640 GPU clubbed with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. For imaging duties, there is a triple rear camera setup that has a 48MP primary Sony IMX586 sensor that has OIS and EIS, an 8MP telephoto sensor with 3x zoom, and a 16MP sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is a 16MP pop-up selfie camera. The device houses a 4,000mAh battery.

OnePlus 7 Pro can be bought in three storage variants in India – 6GB RAM/128GB storage, 8GB RAM/256GB storage and 12GB RAM/256GB storage. The base model with 6GB RAM is priced at Rs 48,999, the 8GB RAM model costs Rs 52,999, and the most high-end variant can be bought at Rs 57,999.
