Oppo F33 Series launching in India today: Pricing, Specifications Expected

The upcoming smartphone lineup will include two models.

Today, the Oppo F33 series will be released in India. These phones are the next generation of the Oppo F31 series. The Oppo F33 and F33 Pro will be two of the models. Oppo has been using social media to promote the new F series by showing off several design features, colour options, and key specs. Both phones will run on Oppo’s ColorOS 16 and are meant to be as tough as military-grade devices. It seems like the F33 Pro will have a MediaTek 6360 Max chipset inside. You will be able to buy them on Amazon and the Oppo India website. Some important features include two back cameras with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a big battery with a capacity of 7,000mAh.

Price in India Expected

The Oppo F33 and F33 Pro smartphones will be available for purchase via Amazon and the Oppo India website. The Oppo F33 Pro will be available in three colours: misty forest, starry blue, and passion red. Although official pricing has yet to be disclosed, reports indicate that both versions might cost between Rs 25,000 and Rs 35,000, with the Pro model estimated to cost less than Rs 35,000 in India.

Oppo F33 Specifications Expected

The Oppo F33 Pro will have a 6.57-inch screen and a 50-megapixel front camera. It will weigh 194 grams. It has been suggested that a MediaTek 6360 Max chipset would power it; however, this has not been confirmed yet. The Oppo F33 and F33 Pro will both have two rear cameras: a 50-megapixel main OV50D40 sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The F33 Series has AI-powered editing capabilities that optimise photographs and offer clearer results. It includes AI Studio and AI Portrait Glow, which allow for experimenting with visual styles and the enhancement of lighting in portraits. Essential technologies like AI Eraser 2.0 and AI Reflection Remover allow for the quick removal of distractions, resulting in clearer images. Furthermore, the AI Unblur and AI Clarity Enhancer features strive to restore sharpness and detail, considerably boosting the quality of less-than-perfect photos. These advanced functions make photography more accessible and simple to use, matching the creativity seen in flagship products.

The Pro model has an IP69K rating for dust protection and an IPX9K rating for water jets, which means it can handle them. Furthermore, both versions are engineered to be military-grade tough (MIL-STD-810H), which means they can handle temperatures from -50 to 63 degrees Celsius. They also have an aerospace-grade aluminium frame with AGC DT-STAR D+ screen protection built in. The device has a next-generation dual-engine smoothness system that offers stable performance even during intensive use, combining the Trinity Engine and Luminous Rendering Engine to improve reaction times and scrolling. They use a SuperCool vapour chamber system that is 4289 square millimetres big to help keep the temperature stable.

ColorOS 16, which is based on Android 16, will run on the Oppo F33 and Oppo F33 Pro. The devices will include many AI features, such as AI Writing Assistant, AI Reading Assistant, AI Ultra-Clear Documents, AI Recording, AI Studio and more. ColorOS 16 now has a 72-Month Fluency Protection function, which ensures consistent performance and a fluid user experience over many years of continuous usage.

The F33 Series has the O-Lock advanced security technology, which is intended to protect personal data and prevent device access in the event of loss or theft. This innovative technology allows remote locking via approved customer support, effectively preventing unauthorised access even while attempting to shut down or control the equipment. O-Lock considerably boosts user trust in device security, especially among those who rely on phones for communications, payments, navigation, and work-related activities. Both versions will have a big 7,000mAh battery that can charge quickly at 80W. This means you can use WhatsApp for an hour and Instagram for 1.6 hours with only five minutes of charging. The battery is also said to retain 80% of its capacity after 1,830 full charge cycles.
