It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. Moreover, it packs a couple of AI features like Google Gemini, AI Summary, AI Recorder, AI Studio and more. The device sports a massive 6,000mAh battery and has a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor.

The price of Oppo K13x 5G in India starts at Rs 11,999 for the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage. The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage comes with a price tag of Rs 12,999. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant will be available at Rs 14,999. The device comes in two colourways, Midnight Violet and Sunset Peach. It is scheduled to go on sale June 27 via the company’s official website and Flipkart in the country.
The smartphone is available for purchase with an Rs 1,000 instant discount on 4GB & 6GB variants and Rs 2,000 on 8GB variants on the sale day, with select bank offers, exchange bonus of Rs 1000, and a 3-month No Cost EMI option.

Oppo K13x 5G Specifications
The Oppo K13x 5G comes with a 360° Damage-Proof Armour Body, which is built using aerospace-grade AM04 aluminium alloy, reinforced with Crystal Shield glass, and a biomimetic Sponge Shock Absorption System. The device has SGS Gold Drop Certification and MIL-STD 810H military-grade standards as well as IP65 water and dust resistance. The phone features a 6.67-inch LCD screen with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The panels support up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness. There is Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection and supports Splash Touch and Glove Touch technologies, allowing screen control even in wet conditions or while wearing gloves.
The Oppo K13x is powered by a 6nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box. It includes AI-powered features like AI Summary, AI Studio, AI Recorder, and Google Gemini.
Photography is handled by a 50MP AI Dual Camera, paired with a 2MP depth sensor and an 8MP front camera. The camera system supports tools like AI Eraser, AI Unblur, AI Reflection Remover, and AI Clarity Enhancer.
