Oppo Reno 4 Pro launch confirmed: Will come to India on July 31

The smartphone will have a 3D Borderless sense screen with 90Hz refresh rate

The Chinese smartphone company Oppo has just confirmed that Oppo Reno 4 Pro is going to make its India debut at the end of this month only. According to the company, the release date of the handset is set for July 31. To recall the in China last month the company unwrapped that device alongside Oppo Reno 4 and other products.

According to the latest poster, Oppo Reno 4 is set for a launch on July 31. The launch event is going to begin at 12.30 noon onwards in India. However, it is not yet confirmed if Reno 4 will also arrive alongside the Pro variant. The company took to Twitter to announce the release date for its upcoming device. The tweet reads, “Block your calendars because the #Reno4Pro is here! Launching on 31st July with a 3D Borderless Sense Screen & 90Hz Refresh Rate! Get ready to”

In addition to this, a separate page highlights the key secs of Reno 4. It says that the phone will have a 3D Borderless sense screen with a 90Hz refresh rate along with some camera samples showcasing the camera performance of the mobile phone.

Oppo Reno 4 Pro expected price

In China, the Oppo Reno 4 Pro comes at RMB 3799 that translates to Rs 40,535 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and the 12GB RAM+256GB storage variant has been priced at RMB 4299 that translates to Rs 45,870. The smartphone comes in three colour options Galactic Blue, Space Black and Taro Purple. A similar price range is expected in India also.

Oppo Reno 4 Pro specifications

Oppo Reno 4 Pro features a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2400×1080 resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz sampling rate. It runs on the Android 10-based ColorOS 7.2 operating system. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor for offering 5G compatibility paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

On the imaging front the smartphone comes with a quad rear camera set up that includes a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, another 12-megapixel Sony IMX708 ultra-wide-angle lens and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens with laser autofocus sensor. For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

Oppo Reno 4 packs a 4,000mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging tech support. The connectivity options include Bluetooth, 5G, Wi-Fi and a USB Type-C port. It comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
