Recently Oppo confirmed to launch Oppo Reno 6 Series in China on May 27. This time the lineup is expected to include three models Oppo Reno 6, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro and Oppo Reno 6 Pro+ as all the three models have been spotted on certification sites and have been leaked many times. Both vanilla, as well as the Pro variant, are expected to equip MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, whereas the most expensive of all Oppo Reno 6 Pro+ might include Snapdragon 870 SoC. Just a week before the unveiling all three devices have been listed on Chinese e-retailer websites. The listing has revealed the design as well as their key highlights.
Oppo Reno 6 Series is set to launch on May 27 in China. The company has not shared any information related to its design or specification ahead of the launch but as per the latest listing by the Chinese e-retailer websites JD.com and Suning websites the design, colours, configurations, and some specifications have been leaked.
As per the listing, Oppo Reno 6 is expected to offer 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with a 256GB storage model. Both the configurations will be available in Galaxy Dream, Night Sea, and Summer Harumi colour options. The phone is likely to feature a 6.55-inch full-HD+ display with 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution and 90Hz refresh rate support. For the optics, there might be a triple rear camera setup that will include a 64-megapixel primary sensor. Possibly on the front, it would equip a 32-megapixel selfie camera placed inside a hole-punch cutout located on the top left corner of the display. In addition to this, the phone will include a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port as well as 65W fast charging support.
Reno 6 Pro is listed to be available in the same configuration with similar specifications as well as design. Instead of a triple rear camera, the Pro variant is highlighted with a quad rear camera setup consisting of a 64-megapixel primary sensor with a similar selfie camera as the vanilla model.
Last but not least Reno 6 Pro+ will also be offered in the same configurations. It will come in Harumi and Moon Sea colour options. The quad rear camera set-up will include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor. This model will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. Moreover, the phone will feature a 90Hz refresh rate display and will be supported with 65W fast charging.
