Oura Ring 5 is now for pre-order globally with deliveries commencing June 4, 2026. Customers may pre-order at ouraring.com and at shops including Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Target and Walmart. Premium finishes (Gold, Stealth, Brushed Silver, Deep Rose) are $499 while basic finishes (Silver, Black) are $399.

The Oura Ring 5 sees a complete overhaul of the mechanical, electrical, optical, and sensor architecture, creating a product that is smaller, lighter, and smoother design-wise. It constantly monitors blood pressure fluctuations and informs users if drastic changes are seen, which could indicate cardiovascular strain. Oura stresses the importance of recording Nighttime Blood Pressure during sleep, a crucial period to detect clear patterns (blood pressure should decrease overnight). Oura has also added to its products with the launch of Nighttime Breathing in Health Radar, which provides users with a 30-day look at sleep-related breathing patterns to understand how they may affect health. This function helps analyse abnormalities and seek healthcare attention when needed. Through an association with Resmed, members can be connected directly with healthcare experts and have access to educational resources for sleep difficulties.
Oura also incorporates clinical data into Health Records, merging personal and clinical data, including prescriptions and test results, to provide the whole picture of a member’s health. This corresponds with Oura’s commitment to the Centres for Medicare & Medicaid Services Health Technology Ecosystem to provide interoperable clinical data.
Oura is also working on connected care initiatives via a partnership with Counsel Health, which enables users to get personalised medical advice within the app. It connects health information to actionable medical treatment smoothly.
In additional support of metabolic health, Oura also announced the debut of GLP-1 Insights, a new feature that allows users to follow their medication journey, weight changes and associated biophysical signals all in one place, including lab result uploads.
